Returns Policy
If you have received a product that was not as per your order placed with Smiling Monk Coffee, please advise us immediately by emailing zeb@smilingmonkcoffee.com.au and we will correct the order for you.
If you have purchased equipment from Smiling Monk Coffee that is faulty or damaged, please advise us within 7 days of your order being received and we will attempt to correct any issues where possible over the phone or via email. If it is determined to be a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer of the product to arrange return/refund.
