This microlot comes from the Narino region in Colombia, known for exceptional high quality coffee due to its rich volcanic soils and microclimate. The name 'Taita' refers to a spiritual leader said to look over and guide the people of the Narino community.
This washed coffee is clean representation of the region with a delicious cup profile.
