This coffee is produced by Rodolfo Santizo Morales, 66 years old and originally from the municipality of Montecristo deGuerrero, Chiapas. He originally purchased his farm in 1983. Starting with just 0.5 hectares, over time, Don Rodulfo expanded the area of the farm to 5 hectares and adopted new management practices, achieving significant improvements in the quality of the coffees produced. With the collaboration of Caravela, the farm currently processes washed and natural coffees.
